6.1 When purchasing products, the Buyer has the option to revoke the agreement without giving any reasons before 10:00 am CET following the time of ordering.

6.2 When purchasing products, the Orderer has the option before 10:00 am CET following the time of ordering to pass on changes to the information entered in order to generate a FotoLabKiekie product.

6.3 Since the products of FotoLabKiekie  are customer-specific, they cannot be exchanged or returned.

6.4 If the order does not meet the quality requirements of FotoLabKiekie , the Orderer can contact us within 5 working days of receipt, stating the order number. Failure to meet the quality requirements of FotoLabKiekie  also includes damage occurring during transport or production errors. Failure to meet the quality requirements of FotoLabKiekie  is expressly not understood to mean errors resulting from entering incorrect information when ordering a product.
